Scope of Work:

To implement a market-specific business plan for a 350-attorney law firm based in Portland, Oregon.

 

Challenge

After a robust strategic planning process conducted several years before Skillful Means’ multi-year engagement beginning in 2014, the firm struggled with taking its plan from paper to action.

In the first nine months of action, the firm increased its work for seven key clients, successfully transitioned two client relationships to next generation leaders, and developed a comprehensive process for team business development that became one of the firm’s primary revenue generation tools.
